WOW Nick,
I stumbled on your blog quite by chance and it is by chance I visit it again.
Cutting the cord with corporate cosy life is quite a step. I have done it voluntarily once (20 years ago) and was forced to do so 18 months ago.
Congrats on making it in HK, on losing all that weight (I already thought you looked much leaner in the pic) and on running the marathon.
All the best and keep in touch.
Cannot remember who bought dinner for whom in Geneva last time we met, but one of us is still owing the other one.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support. Everyday, I reflect on how fortunate I am to have such a wonderful family who will stick by me regardless.

I only have a few more days left in the corporate world, and my mind is overflowing with ideas to get started with.

Hey Nick i wish you all the luck and i support you in your decision. It is a very hard decision to take but still you took it.

I think you are taking a bold step in your life. It sounds to me like you know what you want to do and have a plan on how to do it. As long as you think you are prepared emotionally and mentally to handle the task, I believe you can achieve your dream.

The fact that you were able to stick to a plan and lose all that weight tells me you can stay determined and focus on the task at hand. You seem to have a lot more drive than the usual person. I have trouble just sticking to a diet for more than 4 weeks!

I do wish you the best and hope that you will be an inspiration to everyone else that feels like they need or can do something more exciting with their abilities.
